BG-Tech Knowledge Foundation: Research into how human cognition shapes institutions and civilisations.
CI-VO Science is a systems-science framework that connects the cognitive quality of individual decision-makers to the decisions institutions make and to long-term civilisational outcomes. It draws on the Bhagavad Gita, read as a structured model of cognition and action, alongside contemporary systems and decision science.
Who it is for: policy and research institutions, governance and leadership scholars, educators, and anyone working on AI ethics and institutional trust.
Where it stands: a 15-page public summary is published on Zenodo with a permanent DOI, and the work is open for review.
The Question We Work On
Modern systems have advanced rapidly, yet some challenges persist: technology without ethical alignment, growth without inner stability, information without wisdom. Most frameworks address these at the level of incentives, policies and structures. CI-VO Science asks what happens one level deeper — in the cognition of the people who run those structures.
What We Do
We develop and test the CI-VO Science framework — its models, laws and measurement approach — and share it openly for review.
